Ordering/Delivery Questions

Q: Is my order secure?

A: Amberseed.com's online store has an extra layer of security (SSL) and is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant (via Shopify).

Q: When can I expect my order?

A: All our products are on-hand and ready to be shipped within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.  Actual delivery time is within 3-7 business days (Standard Service) but may vary, dependent on shipping distance.

Q: What should I do if I think my shipment is lost?

A: Please contact us from 9am – 6pm EST Monday – Friday (except holidays) and we will initiate a thorough search of your shipment with the transit company.

Q: My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

A: Sometimes USPS and/or UPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime.

Q: My order shipped but I need to change the address.

A: So sorry for the issue. You should still be able to update your address on the USPS or UPS website. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded; you will be notified if this happens.

Q: Can I change the shipping address for my order?

A: We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order! Please email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.
